FUGITIVE EMISSION SURVEYS & REPORTING
Monitor Emissions Inc. utilizes the latest Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) technology for Detection, Measurement, and Quantification of hydrocarbon gas leaks and vents. We use Government Approved Reporting Software, providing transparent, real-time reporting for our clients. Our extensive experience and cutting-edge technical solutions ensure precise, secure, and cost-efficient identification and measurement of Methane Fugitive Emissions.
-
METHANE GAS LEAK DETECTION & REPAIR (LDAR)
Monitor Emissions Technicians can find Hydrocarbon Gas Leaks with extreme efficiency using our Optical Gas Imaging Cameras in combination with our Ultrasound Equipment.
We provide clear reports with descriptive locations, experienced tech. repair recommendations, and photographic / video footage of the found gas leak for quick and easy repair decisions for your operations team.
-
NITROGEN, HYDROGEN, AIR, ANY GAS DETECTION
Monitor Emissions can find leaks of ANY gas (Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Instrument Air, Oxygen, etc.) utilizing our two forms of Ultrasound, Airborne Ultrasound and the newest Acoustic Ultrasound Cameras.
It’s commonly thought that the Gas Cameras can detect Nitrogen Leaks but they only reveal hydrocarbon leaks. So for Plant Shutdowns, Turn-Arounds and Start-Ups, or any other Non-Methane Gas Tests we utilize our incredibly sensitive Ultrasound Equipment.

ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS USING INFRARED & AIRBORNE ULTRASOUND
Monitor Emissions Inc. differentiates itself from competitors by utilizing multiple technologies for our inspections. Our "non-contact" Electrical Inspections are a prime example. We use Ultrasound for identifying electrical Corona, Tracking, and dangerous Arching before capturing Infrared Thermal Images for analysis. With regular monitoring of your electrical assets, we easily identify and detect issues before they become a hazard.

VALVE INTEGRITY INSPECTIONS
Monitor Emissions provides Valve Integrity Inspections with Structure Borne Ultrasound. Our technicians can verify internal valve conditions and provide ultrasonic data to prove their findings. Our Ultrasound Equipment also records temperature differentials upstream and downstream to identify potential blockages or leakage. Our ultrasonic recordings are reviewed with Spectral Analysis Software to build a cohesive report of each tested valve.
